Terms of Service

Limitless Crew provides personal development tools including assessments (IRM), daily check-ins, task management, worksheets, progress tracking, and optional paid membership features.

The service is designed for self-awareness, reflection, and accountable action. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Inner Resilience Map results, ND-related insights, and AI-generated content are informational tendencies · not diagnoses or professional recommendations.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Limitless Crew. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at limitlesscrw@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its APIs
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Harass, impersonate, or harm others through the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose risk to the service or other users.

Paid plans (e.g. Spark, Navigator, IRM purchases) are billed through Stripe. Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal in Settings or via Stripe, subject to your plan's terms. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy at the time of purchase and applicable consumer law.

We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice. Changes apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated.

Free accounts may have limits on active tasks, projects, AI features, and access to certain resources. We may adjust free-tier limits to keep the service sustainable. Paid plans remove or expand these limits as described at purchase.

You retain ownership of content you submit (check-in reflections, worksheet answers, tasks, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service · including generating personal insights you request.

You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and that you have the right to submit it.

Limitless Crew, including its design, copy, IRM framework, worksheets, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or materials except as needed to use the service in the ordinary way.

Some features use artificial intelligence to produce personalised reflections or summaries. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should treat it as supportive guidance, not fact or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI content.

Do not rely on Limitless Crew or its AI features for emergency mental health, medical, or safety situations. Seek qualified professional help when needed.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS FROM ASSESSMENTS OR AI WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS CREW AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
