Privacy Policy

Limitless Crew provides personal development tools including the Inner Resilience Map, daily check-ins, actions, worksheets, and membership features.

Account information: Email address, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and optional profile details such as your name.

Assessment and profile data: IRM responses, team results, pillar scores, purpose statements, worksheet responses, and settings you choose (e.g. timezone, notification preferences).

Daily check-in data: Energy, mood, clarity, and stress ratings; short reflection text; timestamps; and optional AI-generated insights based on your inputs.

Actions data: Tasks, projects, life-area tags, and completion history you create in the app.

Payment information: Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status, plan identifiers, and customer references · not your full card number.

Technical data: Standard server logs, cookies required for sign-in and session management, and similar information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, personalise, and improve the Limitless Crew experience
• Save your Inner Resilience Map results, check-ins, tasks, worksheets, and progress
• Process memberships and deliver paid features you subscribe to
• Generate optional AI insights (e.g. IRM synthesis, check-in reflections) when your plan includes them
• Send service-related communications you request or that are necessary to operate your account
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

IRM and ND-related content is for self-awareness and personal development only. It is not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice.

We use trusted third parties to run the service, including:

• Supabase · authentication, database, and account storage
• Stripe · payment processing
• Vercel · hosting and delivery
• AI providers (e.g. xAI/Grok) · optional personalised insights for eligible plans; prompts are sent only when you use AI features
• Google / X / LinkedIn · if you choose to sign in with OAuth, subject to their respective policies

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is necessary for the service to function.

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or billing purposes.

For daily check-in text, we apply a tiered approach over time: recent entries are kept in full for active use; older entries may be summarised into themes and insights; long-term storage favours aggregated patterns over raw text where practical. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You can delete your Limitless Crew account and associated personal data at any time. A short standalone summary is also available at limitlesscrew.com/data-deletion.

Option A · In the app (fastest):

1. Sign in at limitlesscrew.com/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, tasks, check-ins, worksheets, Inner Resilience Map data, and related account content. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically when possible.

Option B · By email: Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to limitlesscrw@gmail.com. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days (usually sooner).

What we may retain: Limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing (e.g. Stripe transaction references) for as long as the law requires. These are not used for marketing.

Sign-in with Google, X, or LinkedIn: Deleting your Limitless Crew account does not delete your social network account. To revoke app access on those platforms, use their own security or app settings after (or before) deleting here.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (see User data deletion instructions above, or /data-deletion)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Users in South Africa may have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Users in the European Economic Area may have rights under the GDPR. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

You can update notification and privacy preferences in Settings. Marketing emails, when offered, will include an unsubscribe option.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data and will notify you of significant breaches where required by law.

Limitless Crew is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States and European Union) where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
