User data deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Limitless Crew account and personal data. Full details of what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in at https://limitlesscrew.com/login
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm

This removes your profile, tasks, check-ins, worksheets, Inner Resilience Map results, and related account content. Subscriptions are cancelled automatically when possible.

2. Request deletion by email

Email limitlesscrw@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Include “data deletion request” in the subject. We will verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days.

3. What is deleted vs retained

We delete or anonymise personal data used to provide the service. We may retain limited information required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing (for example Stripe payment references) for as long as the law requires.

4. Social sign-in (Google, X, LinkedIn)

Deleting your Limitless Crew account does not delete your account on Google, X, or LinkedIn. To remove Limitless Crew’s access from those platforms, use each platform’s app or security settings after you delete your Limitless Crew account.
