Limitless Crew

About

Progress, without the noise.

Limitless Crew is for busy brains · people who care deeply, juggle a lot, and keep losing the thread under load. We're building a quiet ecosystem so you can understand yourself more fully, see your life more clearly, and make the week a little more manageable. Not performative self-improvement. A real path.

Why we exist

Most “growth” products either hype you up or pathologise you · or live in silos that force a busy mind to hold the whole system alone. We're building something quieter and more joined-up: self-knowledge, purpose, check-in, habits, projects, and home · one ecosystem that reduces tab-switching and respects energy, context, and the fact that life is already full.

What we believe

  • Tendencies, not boxes.

Maps should free you to act, not trap you in a type.

  • Purpose is a compass, not a slogan.

    It has to survive Tuesdays.

  • Consistency beats intensity.

Small honest actions compound. Missing a day is fine · long-term showing up is what counts.

  • Support should fit your wiring.

Generic advice is why good people quit.

  • Quiet is a feature.

    No streaks-as-shame, no guru voice.

Who it's for

  • You have a busy brain · full days, many threads, limited bandwidth
  • You care about purpose but lose the plot under load
  • You want structure without hustle culture
  • You'll do the work if the tools respect your real life
  • You want to understand yourself if it makes life more manageable · not more labelled

Who it's not for

  • Anyone in acute mental health crisis · please seek qualified help
  • People looking for clinical diagnosis or therapy replacement
  • Anyone who wants a guru to hand them a fixed identity

The person behind it

Francois Olwage

I'm in the same boat as you. Fed up with tools that live in silos · a journal here, a quiz there, a to-do app that knows nothing about what actually matters to me · I started building an ecosystem for busy brains like mine. ADHD is part of my wiring; it makes noisy, perfect-streak systems especially unhelpful. I wanted honest self-knowledge, a living sense of purpose, and daily practice that survives ordinary weeks · all talking to each other so I don't have to hold the whole picture alone.

Limitless Crew is that accountability partner and that ecosystem: wise, practical, and human. Not perfect. Not clinical. Not hype. Features will improve over time · I use it myself, and I'm always open to feedback.

How it fits together

Separate apps force a busy brain to be the integration layer. Here the pieces share context · so understanding yourself and running your week don't fight for bandwidth.

  1. Inner Resilience Map · understand your tendencies, strengths, and areas to grow.
  2. Purpose path & resources · name what matters and act on it.
  3. Daily practice · multi-pulse check-ins, habits (and habit-breaking), calendar, goals, wishlist, and calm actions · without the theatre. Consistency over perfection: most days (~65%), not every day.
  4. Profile hub · wiring, life areas, journey, projects, quotes, and progress in one expandable place.
  5. Optional Circle & snoozed tabs · weekly effort with friends only when you choose; Chrome extension parks open loops until the day you named.

Consistency over perfection

A month of practice doesn't need to be flawless. About two-thirds of days is a sustainable zone for many people · a guide, not a law.

Example · 28 days · ~65% filled

Filled = you showed up. Empty = life happened. Both are allowed.
