90-Day Starter Path
Three months will pass anyway. What do you want to change in that time? A quiet framework for a busy brain, using the notes, tasks, habits, goals, and check-ins you already have.
Step 0
Honest baseline (do this once, 20–30 minutes)
Answer three questions as specifically as you can. The clearer these are, the clearer the next step. This becomes the reference for your Inner Resilience Map and your purpose.
Month 1
Cut what you don't need
Focus: reduce load so something better can fit. Goal: create breathing room. Consistency beats intensity.
- Identify 2–3 things that drain energy or create unnecessary noise (commitments, digital habits, incomplete projects, people-pleasing patterns).
- Use tasks, or a project called Month 1 · Clear, and move or archive what you're dropping.
- In Daily Check-in, note energy and load. Keep only what supports the life you named in Step 0.
Month 2
Build a routine and keep the promises you make to yourself
Focus: small, repeatable actions that match your wiring. This is the practice of reliability with yourself.
- Create 3–5 habits, or habit-breakers, that protect energy and move the purpose you named.
- Use the habit tracker with most days, not perfect streaks.
- Link habits to your Inner Resilience Map tendencies so the routine fits you.
- In check-ins, mark whether you kept the small promises.
Habits that fit your map
Month 3
Set more challenging goals and act at a new level
Focus: raise the bar once the base is stable. Keep the daily check-in and habits running. They are the platform.
- Turn the life you described in Step 0 into 1–2 concrete goals or projects with clear next actions.
- Use tasks so the bigger moves sit on top of the routine you already have.
- Review load weekly so the higher level doesn't recreate the overload you just cleared.
Turn the life you named into 1 or 2 goals
Nothing is created until you confirm.

Revisit the original three answers and the notes you've made. Adjust the plan. Don't restart from zero. This keeps the path alive without becoming another performance project.
